Welding Needs - "We can take it from here..."
Gas tungsten arc welding is an arc welding process that uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to produce the weld.
Mig Welding
Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding is an arc welding process that uses a continuous solid wire electrode heated and fed into the weld pool from a welding gun. The two base materials are melted together forming a join.
When MIG welding aluminum, the desired mode is spray transfer. This process is a very smooth transfer of molten metal droplets from the end of the electrode to the molten pool. The droplets crossing the arc are smaller in diameter than the electrode.
The process is mainly used in steel and pipeline construction, but is also used in metal trade and industry. Manual metal arc welding allows for any type of weld seam and position, irrespective of whether this involves restricted or overhead positions, vertical up seams or vertical end welding.
Let us show you why we are the best of the best in the welding industry.
We have almost 20 years in welding all types of metals. We offer a wide range of welding for custom and standard projects for our clients. We are a company that values integrity and honesty. We warranty our welds and can proudly say they will still be holding strong after you're long gone.
Past Projects
Welding is a fabrication process of joining metals together using heat. There are many different kinds of welding: oxy-acetylene gas welding, arc or stick welding, metal inert gas (MIG) welding, and tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding. Each of these types of welding uses gas, electricity, or both, to fuse metals together.
